John Kenneth Francisco exemplifies the power of passion and perseverance. With 13 years in the BPO industry, he specialized in customer service and training, equipping new hires with essential skills. While thriving in his career, he pursued his love for baking, selling cupcakes and custom cakes to colleagues and online.A visit to his parents’ retirement home in Morong, Rizal, sparked the idea for Kape Cisco, blending his baked goods with coffee. Now, over a year later, he proudly operates two branches—one at Tomas Claudio Colleges and another at East System College of Rizal. Additionally, he offers coffee cart services and rebranding packages for aspiring entrepreneurs.John's journey is a testament to following one’s passion and creating opportunities, making Kape Cisco a hub of inspiration and delicious treats in the community.
