Kenneth Francisco is a BPO professional-turned-entrepreneur with 13 years of experience in customer service and training. His passion for baking led him to sell cupcakes and custom cakes before inspiring the creation of Kape Cisco, a coffee and pastry business in Morong, Rizal.Today, Kape Cisco has two branches, offers coffee cart services, and provides rebranding packages for aspiring entrepreneurs. Ken's journey reflects how passion, perseverance, and opportunity can turn a simple idea into a growing business.
